More Print this page Share this page. The problem is in the circuit to the cartidge. I dont like full prices replacements either which is why I always provide the links I usually reccomend that prijt take back any cartridge that does not work right from the get-go. Make sure there's paper in the IN tray. I have no magenta trying second cartridge still same problem.
